Hi BleuOisou,

USB license can be verified by if online ?

You are correct that the USB dongle is your license for Service Center, however it does not require a connection to the internet. You can use your Service Center software on as many PC's as you would like with or without internet access. The only limitation is that you can only run tests on one PC at a time with each USB Dongle.

Service Center includes a free update to the next version when it is released. For example, when Service Center 8 was released in September of last year, all customers who had purchased Service Center 7.9 were able to receive a downloadable update to the new version. So when we release the next version of Service Center, you will also be eligible for a free update to the new version.

First off, I assume when you say "remote reader card" that you are referring to the PCI Remote. This small card requires a connection to a PCI or miniPCI POST card to obtain results, this is designed to make viewing the POST results easier to read depending on system orientation. The miniPCI POST card allows you to check POST codes and motherboard voltages on laptops that have a miniPCI port available.

I'm afraid that I don't understand what you are asking. Please provide additional information about this if you require assistance.

Unfortunately, I can't say exactly what the POST codes that you are seeing mean. We recommend checking www.bioscentral.com/ for an explanation. In order to find the correct POST code, you will need to know who the BIOS manufacturer is; this is often different than the motherboard manufacturer. You should also be aware that the LED display on the left is your voltages or base Mhz clock speed, and the LED display on the right is your POST code.

Please let me know if you need additional information.

Thank you,
Kris
