Hello:
Does PC-Doctor diagnose computer software problems within Windows Platform computers? For instance, I booted from the PC-Doctor USB dongle and performed several diagnostic tests.  The end result is that the diag states the Motherboard and Video components failed the tests.  However, a couple of other Techs have mentioned that the failure is software related and I am under the impression that PC-Doctor only detects hardware related issues.  Some insight/clarifcation on this matter would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

You are correct, PC-Doctor only performs hardware diagnostics.
