Helo
In many occasion i observed that PC doctor wont run. There is a msg that it cant discover all devices and this is going in infinite loop, i cant do anything but force the program to close by alt-ctrl-del and start pc in dos mode.
This happening on my main desktop computer and i also noticed this on few new ultrabooks from Samsung.
What can i do in such situations? because in that cases the program is almost useless...

btw.
Can i make Doctor 8 be a PE like 7.9 i had ?
I mine change files or something in the .iso ?

I suspect that the issue you are experiencing is a known issue with the initial release of Service Center 8. We were able to resolve the issue quickly and so only a few were affected by it. Looking at my records and the date we sent you the free upgrade to Service Center, I believe you may be one of the lucky few.

I apologize for the problems you have been having, and I will be sending you a new download for the updated version of the software. Please let me know if you have any issues once you have received the update.

Regarding your question about Service Center 8 and PE; unfortunately, due to licensing limitations from Microsoft, we have had to stop distribution of Windows PE with Service Center. I would however recommend taking a look at another post made today: http://www.pcdoctor-community.com/forum/index.php/topic,750.0.html

In it I have provided as much detail as I am able to regarding the creation of a Windows PE environment.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or issues.

Thanks,
Kris

The issue you are experiencing was found to occur with the initial release of Service Center 8 running on systems with Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) and certain versions of the drivers.

The only significant change to the software that I sent you was the resolution of this issue.
