I am sorry to hear that you are having problems, I am assuming from your post that the issue is with the My Dell software, so please let me know if my assumption is incorrect. I would like to ask you a few questions, such as:
* What do you mean when you say "the software does not open properly"?
* Do you get any sort of error from Windows or the software?
* Does the software show any information at all?
* Have you used the software before this?
- If so, have you made any changes to hardware or software?
* Can you provide a screenshot?
When you are removing the software and reinstalling, do you know if you are using the latest version of the software? If you aren't sure, you can download the latest version here:
