I am sorry to hear your having problems, if you don't mind I would like to ask a few questions to try determine what the issue could be.

  • First off, have you updated to the latest version of the software from HP's website?
              http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?cc=us&lc=en&softwareitem=pv-75045-2
  • Have you ever run this test on the same drive before, and if so have you ever seen any other results?
  • When you get the indeterminate results does the software provide any indication as to why it is unable to complete the test?
  • Are you receiving the indeterminate result on only one test or multiple?
  • Can you provide a screenshot of the issue?

Any information that you can provide can help me to better determine what is causing the issue.
