External HDD could use to PC-dr ?

External Hard Disk get together with the PC-dr. please?


"Backup & Restore"  simply work on [Windows Backup built_in] for my desktop win8pro upgraded from win7h. Existing drive space not enough while USB Hard Disk device unable to be discovered on it.

 
PC-Doctor keeps this area Error　when backup with win_TOOL code:0x80070716


P.S
Anyway, win8 and win7 seemingly does not matter either before or after OS start to work.

From what I understand it sounds like your having difficulty with performing a backup to an external hard drive.

Unfortunately, PC-Doctor Toolbox for Windows does not perform backups itself, all it does is report the conditions of your backups that you have already configured. Due to this fact the support I can offer regarding your backup is limited.

Better post one why external not detectable at Microsoft I thought.
