Hi,
I am new to posting but I will try to give you as much information as possable.
I am currently working on a Dell desktop and when I boot it up nothing comes on the monitor. I've changed video cards and monitors and still the same. I've checked the power supply and it's good. I put the pc-doctor pci card in and I get a code of 62. I looked on dells website and pc-doctors website and I can't find anything that tells me what this code means. Any in-site into this problem would be greatly appreciated.

 Thanks

Unfortunately, I can't tell you the meaning of that POST code. Since there is no standard set of POST codes and different codes mean different things from one computer to the next, you are going to have to do a little research.

I would suggest checking http://www.bioscentral.com, you can find the meaning of most POST codes and even Beep code meanings.

Make sure you know which kind of BIOS your system is running to make certain you are looking at the correct information.

I believe the 6x range is not implemented in most BIOS. So the code you are reading on a 7 segment display is likely 'b2'. It varies slightly by implementation from one manufacturer to another but 'b2' is typically towards the end of POST where legacy boot options are initialized. If its a newer UEFI BIOS it could be stuck in some legacy boot mode. I would try clearing the CMOS before replacing the board.
