I ran pc doctor with 3 different keyboards and it keeps telling me keyboard failure. 2 of the keyboards were brand new. Does that mean the motherboard is faulty

Double check the keyboards on another computer, if they work, its the motherboard, OR its the motherboard connector for the keyboard.

USB or PS/2 ??

Thanks Thomas it is a motherboard with all USB and no PS2 and when pc doctor kept saying keyboard failure on any test I did I tried 2 or 3 new motherboards in different ports and still the same result so I then thought it was the motherboard but put it in here to see if anyone else had the same problem

Hello Doug,

Thanks for sharing this information with us.  We are expected a DOS build to go to test in the near future.  I will make a note to have the test team look for the issue you are seeing.  If you don't mind sharing could you please copy your tech support form here, so that we can try to match the system configuration?  If you are not sure where the tech support form is, let me know and I will provide the instruction on how to gather this information.  Where the keyboards that were used standard keyboards, or were they some kind of "gaming" keyboards?

Thanks for the help sorry I have been so slow replying but I have been in hospital.
Every test I did with the DOS usb key it failed keyboard and after using the keyboard off my own computer and 2 new keyboards I came to the conclusion that it was in the motherboard so I replaced his motherboard and all is fine now
