USB Dongle not working in DOS

Hi,
I have the multipurpose usb device that I cannot get it to boot from DOS, it starts the DOS call, but then it completely stops. I've tried re-building it using the software but it still doesn't work. It's hardly being used and very well looked after, I'm the only one who uses it.
Is there a way of getting it to run from windows? It wont' autoplay in windows either. It's a netbook and I don't have an external drive to run the cd either. I just wanted to run some tests using the dongle only, either dos or windows.

I am sorry for the issues that you are having with the multipurpose USB device (MUD).  In order to better assist you, we will need you to submit a support ticket at http://www.pc-doctor.com/support.php.  Please include all of the requested information in the form as well as the name of original purchaser of the software.  Once all of the information has been validated the support engineer should be able to assist you with a possible RMA of the MUD.
