Running Windows7 on Lenovo ThinkPad - Can't get PC-Doctor to work

Hi there: I'm running Windows 7 on a 2008 lenovo T400. I can't get PC-Doctor to work. I tried to unistall it so I can reinstall, but I keep getting a message that says the program is running and to close it before uninstalling. Can you help?

First download the latest build for Windows 7 from the Lenovo Website
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/LENV-DIAGS.html

Once it is saved uninstall the build currently on your system, reboot then install the build above.
