Remote support
After reading PC Doctor's Newsletter it mentions remote support. Does PC Doctor plan on adding Remote support capabilities to PCD 7. What a great service to be able to offer my customers.

It isn't in 7 but we are woking hard on it and when it is fully baked we will release it as an upgrade.
Note: This is the current plan as I understand it, it is subject to change, mileage may varry etc. etc.
