PC-Doctor 6 USB key boot fail

Hi Dr. Blip,
  We have bought one set of PCDR6 service center last May. And now we met with one problem: USB key can not boot to PCDR DOS. If can help fix? If need to send back you your office for your repairs? If yes, need to bring up any others except the fail usb key? Expert your reply. Thanks.

In the windows version there is an option to restore the USB key.  Plug the key into a Windows workstation and insert the distribution media.  You will see the option to restore the USB key on the installation menu.

If this does not work or the key is physically damaged you may return it to PC-Doctor and a replacement will be sent.  To initiate the replacement process please call the sales department at 1-866-289-7237.
