recently,my speakers does not play any sound...i have restarted the computer and still it does not play any sound,then i fix the speakers back again to see maybe the wires have some problem,but no,there is still no sound,then i decided to troubleshoot using windows,they ask me to play their system sound but cannot and they cant figure out wat the problem..then,i thought the computer mite be in mute but it is not...then i tried openin volume control to see whether the problem is there but i could not open it...i tried openin it thru goin to start,all programs.accesories,entertainment,and in tat list,nuthin is there,then i opened my device manager and they said they could not locate this file tat why the speakers cant play any sound,the file name is SndVol32.exe  is it a virus? if u all know any way i can fix it,please do tell me,i would really appreciate it...thank you.

It sounds like your sound driver is borked.  Go to system in control panel and reinstall them.

This is not a general "help me with my computer board".  It is for users of PC-Doctor software only and then only for problems relating to PC-Doctor.
