A newest version toolbox noticed. The installing toolbox es  can be updated on their own licenses by the paying way . But buying a blank license and make the install to the same keep using machines?  Please feedback .

Hello PC doctor,


All the licenses working for the PCs having had their own licenses for years. To not compound with the newly come by which, perhaps extra one , afraid put out any supplement than the using licenses.

How to do the best path to just update the license themselves. Your awaiting instruction please. . .

Hello,

I'm not quite sure I fully understand what you are attempting to accomplish here. If a Toolbox license was purchased, there is no need to update the license key at any point. That license will remain active on the machine for the lifetime of the product. There is not a way to install the product with a "blank" license key. In order to utilize the product you must complete the activation process, which requires a license key be input into the software. I hope this information is helpful. If I'm off base here, please provide me with some detailed information on what you are attempting to do and I would be happy to provide further instruction.

Hello PC doctor,


So the old version license no expire day, works and no the latest version's strength. The installation would continually use the license lots having with me? Furthermore,

The current advertising "Toolbox" good for a year nor expire date? The new website where ever login to purchase , stored info no found this time ?

The licenses having applying on the PCs with me . When install after purchase , can by  them install back to the OS or simply cover on the old version which no needed to be uninstalled first then, cause probably a new license has to be used once purchased 
but update it ?

I believe you are asking if you can utilize the same Toolbox license after reinstallation of the OS the machine. The answer is yes, however it is possible if the machine's configuration has changed too much that the reactivation will not be successful. The concern happened .   New order Toolbox sent here three license not matched the Mar. to July 2013 purchased ones . Which all of them would be applied on the same PCs therefore , expected them with consistence PCs to the licenses.

What shall can do this time please?

Am concerning the 2 of three toolbox keys which none using on any devices. As the purchased new keys recently only needed one to the fourth computer. All the old.keys works well on their corresponding PCs ever and always , in new version.

The 04th key has not / did not required any input and verified while working with the desktop this moment few days.


Refund would be 3-pack together then re-buy the one key for the 04th computer or refund two keys ? Whenever , there is necessary , would purchase again , am thinking.


The bank has not returned the billing. None found the three May purchased keys refund.  There was no key requested at when the toolbox was installed, therefore, to no fuzz the applying that, wrong message report at anti-virus none, update loading very long endlessly . . . better wait for the transaction clear up . Then re-buy one key toolbox for the 04th computer, that no mistaken this 3-key group been abused at anywhere for sure.  [May 28 2016  22:17.hk w7uw10p 042G]

As the no-key Toolbox working not properly , just thinking the three keys been somewhere running as bank told no refund into the account. Email noticed me pc doctor has done it couple weeks ?
