I am using the PC Doctor Service Center 9 version. On some computers it works great when I boot off of it. In other cases I boot off either the CD or USB and everything looks like it is going to work all the way up to the blue loading bar on the bottom on the screen. And with out notice the computer's monitor/screen goes black and in sleep mode.

What, if anything, am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Tom

We have run into issues like this a couple of times and have found solutions to both issues, but I would like to first ask some clarifying questions.

   1. Is this system a laptop or a desktop?
       * If it is a laptop, try turning up the brightness. This proved to be the problem on a couple of occasion.
       * If it is a desktop, does it have an on-board graphics card?
          - What are the video output options, and does it have an LVDS connector?
   2. Are you experiencing this issue with Service Center Bootable Diagnostics or Service Center DOS?
       * If you are testing with Bootable Diagnostics, have you tried using the "Video Fallback" option?
   3. Are you able to provide a screenshot or video of the issue for clarification?

Any additional information you are able to provide will assist me in determining the cause of the issue.

Thanks,
Kris
