Toolbox install problems

Hi all..Newbie here..

I'm having install problems on a Dell XPS 8300, this machine had OEM "My Dell" installed
and for some reason just quit working after some days of trying to reinstall it with no luck, I decided just to get the PC Doctor Tool Box.
It is now installed, but program will not open, I have the icon on the task bar, but is does nothing when clicked on.
I have uninstalled and re-installed several times, with the same results, have done memory tests, sfc /scannow, and everything else I can think of.
Any suggestions would be appreciated... thanks

If I am not mistaken, you also submitted a support ticket regarding this issue. If so, then we will try and handle the issue you are having that way. If I am incorrect, and the support issue I am thinking of has nothing to do with you, then please let me know.
