Two weeks ago I purchased PC Doctor Toolbox for WIN 8.
It worked well first up. However yesterday it could no longer retrieve Sys Info.

I uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times, re-downloaded it again and so on ....

All to no avail. Can someone please help me?

I am using an ASUS ET27001INTI All-In-One Touch Screen

That is very unusual, I can safely say that I haven't run into an issue like that. If you don't mind I would like to create a support ticket for your issue and obtain some additional information. Hopefully we will be able to find a solution quickly.
