When I try to open the program I get the error that the program has stopped working and I cannot open it. 

Description:
  Stopped working

Files that help describe the problem:

I just purchased the program and I am running Windows 7 on a Toshiba Qosmio X505-Q885

I have tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it with my antivirus and firewall turned off, but I am getting the same message and am unable to use the program.

Please help.

I haven't gotten the email yet, but I ran windows update and restarted my computer and the program is working now. The problem is that my screen does not come on when I restart my computer and after it logs into windows (I listen until I hear my computer log in) I shut my lid to my laptop and open it several times until the screen appears with my log in screen.  Sometimes this takes hours so I avoid restarting it whenever possible. 

Sorry for the long story, and I don't know what fixed my issue with the software, but the software is working, though it has found nothing wrong with my computer so I am assuming I may just need to replace my screen.

I am sorry you didn't receive my email response, I sent it to the email you have on your profile. The message may have been caught by your spam filter. On the other hand, I am very happy to hear that the software is working correctly. If you know what updates were installed, it may help us to determine what caused the issue in the first place.

Regarding the issue you mentioned with your screen sounds like it could be a software issue, I would double check your video drivers and windows settings just to be sure.

Please let me know if you have any other problems in the future, and if you find the email I sent and feel like sending in the logs I would appreciate it.
