The VDSL ISP offer only Intranet for almost a year. "There is no solution as without IPv6 server configuration" said by ISP .

Since a plenty of problems prompted up so,  i consecutively reported to Lenovo, @ofca.gov.hk , ISP, Cisco, McAfee, Microsoft and private IT-support since Mar. 2012 however, there is no an adequate approach to revamp it from neither the essential ISP and its Gov. management of @ofca.gov.hk nor else each of which contacting.

Does PC-doctor or its any proper product help for this please?

Unfortunately it sounds as if the issue you are experiencing is related to your ISP. Our software is for hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting, and is not used primarily as a network tool.

From what you had stated in the emails you had sent us it sounds as though the issue you are experiencing only began when you upgraded to Windows 8. It is possible that the newer security settings and network protocols from Windows 8 are reacting poorly to your ISP's network configuration. Unfortunately I cannot help you to resolve your issue, however I think a re-installation of Windows 7 may work.

If you continue to have issues I am afraid you will have to speak to your ISP for a resolution.

If you do have any questions or issues with our product please let me know and I will do all that I can to assist.
