Currently working on a system.  It uses this board

http://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/P4i45GV%20R5.0/

Specs indicate the bios is a
BIOS   - 2Mb AMI BIOS with ACPI, SM BIOS 3.0, PnP

The PCI Diagnostic card, returns 00 on the first display, and 33 on the second.  Using BiosCentral I track this to the best of my ability, to this.

00   Call the Int19 boot loader
or
00   Call to Interrupt 19 for boot loader

The system, fails to give any sort of display, does not beep, makes no noise, and the hard drive (PATA, and tested in another computer works fine) does nothing other then a slight humming sound.

Power supply is tested, its good, so no issues from that.  Is there anything that can be done to revive this system or is it officially 'dead' ?

(No, I do not currently have a MOBO or CPU I can swap out to check those components.)

Hello Thomas,

Officially I cannot comment on hardware issues.  However, unofficially the board sounds like it is a paper weight now  :D
