Run Under the offline bootable OS???

I've some question..
I using PC-Doctor Service Center 7.5 in Windows xp,

I want to use in Windows CE or Windows xp Embeded OS.
Can I use PC-Doctor Service Center 7.5 in that OS???

and what is mean "the included offine bootable OS"?

please help me~~~

We have not tested these in this configuration. In your case I would reccomend DOS or PE testing.
