Long HD test

Hi, there. I need some help please , I did a long HD test with PD Service Center 6 and I got the following errors
Disk 0 Linear Verify....................
  Read verify error (Device-Timeout) occurred at sector 281886720.
Disk 0 Linear Verify                    FAILED  11/20/2009 12:49
Disk 0 SMART Self-Test Short............
  The read element failed.
  Elapsed time: 0:02:02
Disk 0 SMART Self-Test Short            FAILED  11/20/2009 12:51
Disk 1 Linear Verify....................PASSED 
Disk 1 Random Verify....................PASSED

    Do I need to replace this Hard drive based on this errors?

Disk 0 is on its way out.  The SMART logs have been tripped.  These logs have thresholds set by the manufacturer to detect failing hardware. Timing out during linear verify is bad also.

Get your data off of this drive and replace it before it is too late.
