Hi there, happy thanksgiving. I did a quick test with PD service Center 6 and got the following message error

CMOS RAM.............................
  Addr 2DH,  Indata=44H,  Outdata=00H
  Addr 23H,  Indata=10H,  Outdata=20H
  Addr 2BH,  Indata=55H,  Outdata=00H
  CMOS Pattern Test Failed

What does it mean?

Compuitincolo,

This indicates the CMOS ram has an error.  Indata and Outdata should match, we write a value to a memory location and expect to read the same value back.

This can be caused, in some systems, by the BIOS saying that certain areas of CMOS are writable when they really are not, then allowing "writes" to take place but ignoring them.

If your BIOS settings stay as you set them (these are stored in CMOS) and you are not having related issues, just ignore this.
