dimm/rimm eeprom id failure
The quik test revealed this failure. Other long memory tested passed. What does it reveal?
Also the keyboard failed the quik test, but the keyboard works. What does this mean?

Thejoe,

The DIMM/RIMM eeprom ID is not a big deal; it just means PC-Doctor did not recognize the ID.  With the rate new memory is coming out on the market, this is not uprising.

The keyboard test could be a number of things.  Usually this happens when a USB keyboard is emulating a PS2 keyboard incompletely.  This does not present a problem in windows as the Windows HID takes over communication.

What make and model is the system you are using and what version of PC-Doctor?
