PCI Post Card erroe EA

I am looking at a computer that gives three beeps at POST and doesn't display any video.  I put in the PCI Post Card and it displays a code of EA.  What does the code indicate is the problem?

Is there a list of error codes?

The beep and POST codes are make and model dependant, the info can usually be found on the bios manufacturers website but sites like this are a good resource.
