Hello guys,
I installed the PC-Doctos Service Centre 7 and tried to erase the HDD but I'm not found this feature. Anybody could please help me with this? I want to erase the HDD data...

loyas,

The erase data is on the DOS version.  Boot from CD Key or CD and go to the Utilities menu, you will find it there.

It is difficult to erase the drive that the OS is running on which is why it is only included in the DOS product.

Thank you Fred,

Let me explain my scenario. I have a HDD storage and if I use the DOS version the PC-Doctor do not identify my storage then I cannot erase the HDD's.
Do you know if can I change any configuration to give me access in this storage using DOS version?

Thank you!

loyas,

When you say HD storage what specifically are you speaking of?  Is it a SCSI Drive, USB attached hard drive.  If the BIOS can see the drive we should be able to get to it.

You can change the configuration, load SCSI drivers etc.  The only catch is the device has to have a DOS driver available.
