NEW PC

BOUGHT A NEW PC TODAY, CAN I TRANSFER PC DOCTOR FROM OLD ONE, AND HOW DO I DO IT??

I NEVER MADE A DISK I JUST USED RUN WHEN I DOWNLOADED IT.

PC-Doctor hardware diagnostics is designed by us and then licensed for use on specific computers by the manufacturer.  It is not transferable from one PC to another. Sorry about that.
