Hi,

We have a Toshiba laptop and the USB dongle is not recognized. We tried all the ports etc. But cannot make it work. Please advise how to proceed.

Thank you

bogdanb,

What model Toshiba do you have?

It should be possible to set the BIOS to enable booting from a USB Key.  If this is the case please do so and boot from the PCDR MUD.  This will allow you to run the DOS product.

Service Center 7 has been released.  This offers a parallel port lock as well as the USB lock.  The upgrade policy is very nice, contact sales@pc-doctor.com for details.

bogdanb,

What model Toshiba do you have?

Does it have a cd-rw in it?

If I have the specific model I may be able to help.
