we also want to make sure we can address the problem you were having with the media creator. Would it be possible for you to provide us with the following information in the support ticket:
1. What specific DVD brand was used with Media Creator that prompted the "Insert Appropriate Media" error?
2. Could you provide us with the name of the disk drive you are using and the driver version currently installed?
To find this information:
1. Click on the Windows icon (Start Menu) and type "Control Panel"
2. From the Control Panel click on "Hardware and Sound"
3. In "Hardware and Sound" select "Device Manager"
4. Once in "Device Manager" locate and expand the section under "Disk Drives"
5. The device name that is required will now be shown under the "Disk Drive" section (e.g TOSHIBA DT01ACA100).
6. Right click on the disk drive name and select "Properties"
7. Click on the "Driver" tab and provide the following information for the "Driver Provider", "Driver Date", and "Driver Version". (e.g. Driver Provider: Microsoft, Driver Date:6/21/2006, and "Driver Version" 10.0.16299.15.
This information will be extremely helpful for us to assist you with upgrading to Service Center version 12.
