Failed Memory Test

Is anyone able to help me with why my PC would be failing all memory test, or what I need to do to fix the issue? Could it be a MB issue or a memory issue? I have ran the memory test outside of windows with no errors. And I have ran MEMTest64 with no errors as well. I'm running W7 ultimate 64bit. I have a ASROCK Z87 Extreme9/ac Motherboard running 1 x AVEXIR Core Series 32GB Kit (4 x 8GB) Quad Channel 240-pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200) Desktop Memory.
