Cellular signal Strength Test - NO SIGNAL

I am using PC-Doctor Toolbox Beta, Version: 1.6.7031.48.  Running a Full Diagnostics, I get NO SIGNAL for the Cellular Signal Strength Test.  See attached file, it shows what I am describing.  It also shows that my Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has 4 out of 5 bars for signal strength.

Is the test result of NO SIGNAL consistent, or sporadic? Assuming you are still experiencing this problem, please submit a new support ticket at http://www.pc-doctor.com/support/.
