Salutations,

I purchased PC-Doctor Toolbox For Windows and have not received an e-mail with my activation code.

It is not in my spam or junk mail box.

Order #PCD160906-5118-39150

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hello,

Unfortunately I am unable to find a record in my system under that order number or your email address. How long ago did you order the product? Also, through which channel did you purchase our product?

Figured it out, it looks like the order number was I was looking up was incorrect.
Also the email address on your order is different than the email on your forum account,I am guessing one is a typo, if you can send me a private message with your email I will send those emails to you.

Thanks

James

Thanks for the quick response.... I received the e-mail.  ;D

Unfortunately, the Doctor has indicated that my video card is causing my current crashes. Oh well... I was going to upgrade the card next month anyway. At least I know what was causing my problems now.

Sorry to hear about your card, but glad to see the software caught the issue. And having to upgrade to a new graphics card isn't the worst thing in the world   ;)
