hi there
I purchased pc-doctor, order no: PCD151227-5623-10253 on the 27/12/15. I had the program working for a while and then it stopped working. It now says "Your system configuration has changed too many times ... (Error 4)". I assume this happened because I attempted to install this program on a second device. I was unaware the software was only able to be used on one device until I did some further research. Since then I have uninstalled it on the secondary device and the primary device. Have tried re-installing on the primary device and still keep getting error 4. I have also attempted to follow some of the steps listed in other topic in the forums and still nothing. Any help would be great. Would prefer if I could get help directly to my email fmaschera@hotmail.it
