I have a computer that randomly reboots...even when trying to install windows from scratch so I know there is a hardware problem.  I bought pc-doctor yesterday got through a couple of tests last night before my pc rebooted.

Now when I run the program after using it just once then a reboot it says "your configuration has changed too many times (error 4)"

And won't let me proceed?
