I'm sorry that you didn't receive the message with your order information. I was able to locate your order using the information provided in the support ticket you submitted last night, and have cancelled your license and refunded your order as you requested.
Just for your reference, it appears that you used an etex.net email address when you ordered the Toolbox product. I am not certain if you checked that email box, and it is also possible that the message was caught by your spam filter.
