Service Center 6
I need to know if the Service Center product with work with a non-bootable system.

Hi Ed,
Yes - several different ways! You can boot from the CD and test, even if there is not hard drive. If you have Service Center 6, you can also boot from the Mulipurpose USB Device. A POST card is also included in the kit if you can't access the CD or the USB port.

I currently have a PC where the power supply fan is spinning and the lights are on however no POST beeps or anything else. Will this product diagnose if it is a systemboard issue or something else?

Hi Ed,
Yes it will. Service Center includes a POST card that will help you diagnose why the system is not booting. You can also try to boot directly from the CD, although it sounds like this system may not be able to do that.
