User Mode Driver for Intel(R) Graphics Technology
Update your Graphics driver either from Dell or Intel, if no joy, call Dell tech support and have them troubleshoot your onboard video.

I am sorry to hear about the problem you are having with Dell Support Center.  In order to better assist you, I need to know exactly what is happening to cause this message to appear. Did you launch the software manually or was there anything that seems to cause the error to appear?

I can't say for certain if the error you are receiving is from the Intel graphics driver or an issue with Dell Service Center, so I agree that checking your drivers could be beneficial. I also agree with the reply you received on the Dell forums. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software is not a bad place to start.

Please let me know the answer to my question and the results of the recommendations from Dell and 01Tech.
