I do know that both Service Center for DOS and PE will work independently of the operating system and so they do not care what OS is being used. However, at this time there is no version of Service Center that runs in a Linux environment.
But there is an option available if you really want to test in a Linux environment.
We do have a product available that is designed for high-production environments that runs on a Linux server. The main downsides to this in a smaller test environment are the fact that a single license costs more than an entire Service Center kit, and that this system is designed to test upwards of a hundred computers at a time.
But if you should decide this method would suit your needs feel free to contact our sales team at:

Keep in mind that the additional cost does bring with it greater support as well as additional options for customization to meet your testing needs.
So to recap:
The short answer is:
Afraid not.
The long answer is:
Sure, but it's going to cost you
