Hello folks.  I work at a retail store as a tech, been there only a few months, and we have a couple of the Service Center Premier kits, but I have not seen a user guide/manual in our files.  We use the CD/USB drive extensively, but we would benefit greatly if we had information on how to use the rest of the equipment.

I think we have an older version, 5.5.  Do you have a manual we can download?

If you could please confirm for me which version it is that you have, as there is no version 5.5 of Service Center. Once you have confirmed which version of Service Center you have, I will be happy to send you what documentation I can obtain.
