I keep getting the error message "hardware diagnostics has stopped working...checking for a solution to the problem". In my action center, it says no issues are detected though. I've had my HP laptop for 2-3 years but have never had to use the hardware diagnostics by PC Doctor before. I came loaded on my computer, but is there anything I need to do before using it, that would cause me to get this message? Please help.
