I have a Dell Laptop and I am getting these errors
Targeted Read Test FAIL WHD20-956
Smart short self test FAIL WD16-TNO
Whay is that and how can I fix? PLEASE help

Hello Matach,
The targeted read test failure, indicates that you have bad sectors on the hard drive. Normally these can be ignored, as Windows will map around the bad sectors.
The SMART test failure can be cause for concern that your HDD is on it way to failing. I cannot say that you drive is "bad" but I would take precautions and back up and data that you don't wish to lose.
