Hello Knightchow,

I am sorry to hear about the problem you are having with Dell Support Center.  In order to better assist you, I need to know exactly what is happening to cause the stopped working message to appear.

Was the program manually launched prior to the error?
If you are willing to assist me, I will be sending you a personal message with instructions on obtaining debug logs to assist in our efforts to debug the problem.

I noticed that you are currently running build 6.0.5744.2 which is an older version of the program.  If you wish to download and install the latest version in hopes of addressing the issue, you may do so from http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/dsc/country_selector?c=us&l=en&s=gen

Regards,

Hi James,
No the program isn't manually started by me....it just pops up randomly while I am online looking on websites.
I went to the site and downloaded what you posted....we will see if that does the trick. ;) will let you know if I continue to get the pop ups...
