Hello Computincolo,

The Video Pages Test flips through all possible video modes and pages, and fills the video buffer with the page number.
The test flips the pages back starting with 0 and reads the first character on screen. If the character does not match the page, the test logs as Failed. For VESA Super-VGA cards, all VESA compliant modes are tested. If errors are detected, the mode and page number is recorded in the test log.

Now, would I have to add a video card to this motherboard to fix this issue? or I can just ignore this error

sorry for the delayed response...
The video page test is running in DOS, thus it is testing the functionality while in that environment.
With that said, were you running the tests just to run them or were you having video issues while running in Windows?
If you were running them due to issues in Windows, then adding a slotted card would bypass any issues with on-board video.
If there were no issues in windows and the tests were being run to run them, then it should be safe to keep using the on0board video in windows.
