DOS memory
To run PC-Doc DOS how much free memory needs to be available?
I'm running into not having enough free memory to initiate PC-Doc when using our network logon scripts...
I had this information previously but misplaced it...

Re: DOS memory
Tim,
That depends on the build. If it is standard Service Center version:
Service Center 6 - Memory Footprint = 405712
Service Center 7 - Memory Footprint = 420048
If this is a factory version it could be something very different and you should contact your rep.
It is possible to decrease the footprint by not loading certain PDE (pc-doctor executable) files you may not be interested in.

Re: DOS memory
We're using:
Gold version of PC-Doctor DOS Factory, build 3.0.1677
We're about to renew and get a new build I believe this month; can you provide more specific information based on our current build version?
Thanks for your input, very helpful. =)

Re: DOS memory
Tim,
For that build the Memory footprint = 411840. This information is contained in the release notes delivered with the build.
The factory product is very flexible, with a wide array of configuration and execution options.
