This is very, very unfortunate. Circuit City and its liquidator violated the terms of our agreement with Circuit City that specifically prohibits resale of our software. We just learned that such sales were taking place, so we are trying to undo the damage that Circuit City is doing both to consumers and to us. For now, our advice is to return to the store, tell the local manager that the store had no legal right to resell, and ask for a return of your money.
There is one other alternative, too, though. If you continue to be interested in PC-Doctor Service Center, call Kim Seymour at 775-336-4025. I know she and our chief marketing officer are looking at different types of discounts to help people who find yourself in your position.
