SC 12 =>

VGA  Primary Interface test  "can not run " what it means to ? How to get it to be fixed ? Is it time of SC12 not function and upgrade to the latest at once ?  See attachment please.

Generally speaking, when a "Cannot Run" warning is reported it means that the current hardware configuration doesn't have the necessary capabilities to run the test.

For instance, my Dell laptop has both the integrated Intel graphics as well as an Nvidia GPU. Both of these devices are capable of running the Primary Surface Test. However, if I connect my laptop to an external display dock via a USB 3.1 type A port, the result will be a "Cannot Run" warning. This is because the USB port and the display dock connected to the laptop do not have the capabilities to run the test, and because neither the Nvidia GPU nor the Intel integrated GPU are connected directly to a display.

To resolve the issue, I would disconnect the laptop from the dock, select File from the top right of the screen and then choose Refresh. This will re-enumerate the hardware so that Service Center sees that the Nvidia or Intel GPU is being used with the internal display. I can then run the tests.

Just refresh at left corner file \  of sc12,,  that won't get over the Primary Interface "cannot run" :(  from re-test it afterward ?    And the diagnose from sc12 advising message would go to invalid IP configuration as the attachment next ?

Hello,

The screenshot provided shows a canceled scan for a CPU test. If the issue of the returned test result of "cannot run" is still being shown, this is likely due to a system configuration that does not have the capability to run the test. If you would like for me to assist with determining why it cannot run, can you save the system information from the device and provide it to me? You can do this from the main Service Center window. At the bottom of the window will be a System Information Summary. You can click the save button (looks like a floppy disk to the right). Upload this file and I will take a look at it.

Regarding the network issue displayed in the second screenshot, this is also due to a system configuration. Service Center will not change network configuration or network adapter configuration.

                May I please you tell me what where info system log sent to you in email , is about the Netwrok Adapter ?
                Is the adapter setting where indicated as the system configure ? Or what configuration can be changed then over the "Cannot Run " ?

Hello,

If you would like to provide the system information in order to troubleshoot the video test error, you can open a support ticket at the following link:

It should also be advised that in your initial screenshot regarding the "cannot run" on the video test, there are a few suggestions to follow. Please ensure that you have attempted to do the following:
1. Launch Dxdiag to ensure that Direct3D is enabled for the display/addapter.
This can be done by pressing the windows key on the keyboard and typing dxdiag and pressing enter.
2. It is suggested to ensure that Hardware acceleration is set to max. You can check to see if your adapter is capable of 3D hardware acceleration by doing the following:
    1. Open Windows settings and choose the System option
    2. Select the Display tab on the right an scroll down to find the Advanced display settings option
    3. You will then want to choose the Display adapter properties for Display X option at the bottom of the window
This will open the properties window for the device. If there is no Troubleshooting tab in the window, the device does not have 3D acceleration capabilities. This would be the cause of the "Cannot run" regarding the Primary Surface Test.

Prolonged this at "sc13 remote" which was test on the GLF-  m93p all working well none error and pretty more  simple  than the sc12 kit as before.

There is nowhere find instruction for archiving the test  anyway.
Would you like to forward this to support@pc-doctor.com with opening case no replied a few days , and no phone number can be contacted for ?

A sc13 kit needed to do the test further ?
sc13 remote maybe not genial as there is none Track history , Report creating steps , inquiry this guilds after mar 04 2020 installed , routine everyday nearly weeks ,  no instruction return back , perhaps as the email never reached percisely endpoint ,

            - from Dhcpv6DUID bois losing adm password , and
            - DUID dhpcv6 twin same with local mac.eth during these quarter  months.
