Hi all,

I was verified as being eligible for a free upgrade from Service Center 11 to 12. I ran the image creator and created a new dvd disc. However, how do I upgrade the actual image on the PC-Doctor Multipurpose USB Device?

Thanks!

Hello,

Once you have the new DVD created with the provided image you can follow the steps provided below.

To restore the USB device:

1. From within Windows on a known good PC, insert the Service Center 11 USB Device into an available USB port.
2. Insert the created PC-Doctor Service Center Diagnostics DVD and wait for the autorun menu to appear. Note: If you have the optical drive's autorun feature disabled, you will need to browse to the Diagnostics DVD and launch Setup.exe.
3. From the main menu, select "Multipurpose USB Device Restore Tool" to restore the USB key to the latest version (Service Center 12).

After the restore is complete you will now be officially upgraded to Service Center 12!

Please let me know if you have any questions or if you run into any issues.
