External Storage (SD Card) not recognize!

I am using PC-Doctor Toolbox Beta, Version: 1.6.7031.48.  This version does not recognize my External Storage (SD Card).  I have a 64GB SD Card installed in my Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 4.  See attached files.

I apologize for the inconvenience, currently, this is a known issue in certain versions of Android mainly version 6.0.1 and above. This issue prevents our software from viewing any system information for the storage devices, we are currently working on providing a fix. We appreciate your feedback and will look at fixing the issue in our upcoming updates.
