my pc-doctor not activate I have uninstalled and re-installed PC-Doctor several times but not activate pc-doctor

I received an error code when I launched the product - i.e., "Your system configuration has changed too many times ... (Error 4)". 

Please assist unlock!!! reset the lock on

 I changed a new computerand removed the old computer computer pc-doctor software!

I have to install additional software installation and testing of the slave computer to do and put the software to delete enabled successful,

I really just install the software on a master computer Locked out of toolbox, very frustrating our software
