Our software unfortunately isn't capable of network mapping, but a quick search for what you are seeing (unknown device on network map)led me to this page:

With introduced in the Switch Cisco sg3xx unexpected found the Double Bridges of ( Unknown Switch ) by the diagram , that means when modem connecting to PCs , not PC attention please,  Modem would via a Switch to resign the map for the computers on one Modem two Lan ports (limit max 2 by ISP , one of as  defaulted for Media.TV not my service however connectable to internet ).

So mostly likely , this ( Unknow or sometimes Switch displaying ) would be from ISP … if not 100 % to guess this , please correct me !

Thank you for the link info where, am conversant with the MAC / IP / PC-name shareable on ipv4 easier. And ipv6 would => "Unknown" ;  WAN port could be assigned wrongly to the hostname ; at DZM dual wan time , WAN(s) equivalent? Wan.DZM as a public port directed , its unusual place when it is enabled but no connecting device, function duty?

Attach -> Media_device was along with Graph NVI.. that unable to be deleted ?
Highlighted areas belongs to media dev as well in order to remove the "Unknown-Switch"

This is A switch ahead of the Wire.Router of Cisco between ISP .
                     Can be VLAN , ISP barrel , Intruder device. IP-tracker.org detected the Modem.ISP static Gateway IPv6 is unknown located at .se by the way.

Over A month around  [today : Jan. 09 2019  06:40.hk ], ipconfig /all no long reply an full IPv6 address in stead of a local-layer v6 and the IPv4 dynamic addresses , because ISP is promising contract to support the DHCPv4 and DHCPv6 services. Where is fetching the IPv6 dynamic and running networking at ?

Any engineer or expert who would like to help this one, pay or free,  please leave your contact and valid time  to talk on it ? On waiting...

By the chance, RCF3315 referred DUID essentially based on the 1st ethernet.mac by configured it from TCPIPv6 of the register editor . When time changing the motherboard, 2nd mac would as to be the latest one ID together shown to ipconfig is the correct obeyed principle.

The thing is vista machine followed in this rule would  be observing likely the connecting kept as off and on to the line  . In the other hand , to the windows 10pro following this rule protocol , with/without the drivers ' old or new updated and auto down graded , the computer would auto not statically variously reorganize the TCPIPv6 parameter set inexplainable.

When the Arp - a  found having different Mac of Modem.isp  by Router and Modem network( s )  ,  multiple environment as next:
                   - Microsoft account shareable
                   - Interface router shareable
                   - Mac of Router.store and Modem.isp changing its mac shareable


This Switch appearing by ISP , Router.vender , intruder no one would take to clarify them for , where can go to ask help?

ISP modifying modem machine mac address obeying Tele Communication policies ? When as  the outside devices how to keep a about stable mac info to trace and update it ?
